Sarmad Magazine invited Daily Practice (Suzanne Weenink) for designing and guiding a mini silent meditation retreat in the context of their project ‘Space of Heech’ at Limestone Books Maastricht.

“This silent retreat lasts from 11am-3pm. We will practice formal sitting and walking meditation, concluded with a metta meditation.”
